PRICES:
Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at the current UK rate as applicable. For Customers outside of the EU community VAT is automatically deducted from your website order. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately, we cannot advise as to these costs but please consult your local Customs Office for further information. We reserve the right to review our prices. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
We aim to be reasonable with our prices. For your convenience we do not make a price difference for items ordered on-line or purchased in our shop.
ORDERS:
When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address and your credit/debit card details. This information will allow us to process your request and notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Gadget World Direct will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we are not able to process your order. There are several reasons that we might not be able to process your order:-

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION:
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by telephone (Mon- Fri 10am-5pm) prior to despatch of goods. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation email.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY:
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage (either direct or indirectly) if the delivery of your order arrives outside the estimated times stated.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and using this web site you agree to reimburse us for any loss that you cause us as a result of any such misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Shipping and Handling details
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (First Class Post):
Your order will be sent from us on the day you place your order (Monday to Friday) and delivery is via first class post. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Please note that your order must be placed before 2pm for it to be dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day Delivery):
Your order will be despatched from us on the day you place your order (Monday to Friday) and delivery the next working day.
As with all delivery services, occasionally deliveries can be held up due to unforeseen situations so please don't leave critical orders to the last moment. You should only be able to order items that are in stock, but if there is some other delay in processing your order we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.
When we have received payment for your order, we will send out your order using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (First Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on which option you have choosen.
A signature will be required for all deliveries, NB it is not possible to deliver to P.O boxes.
Returns Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 16 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. For reasons of hygiene and public health this Returns Policy does not apply to products marked with an asterisk (*) on your order form.
When making a refund, we will credit our delivery charges and the price of the gift wrapping service (if applicable) if the reason for return is because of our error on our part or if the products are damaged or defective.
To return a product under this Returns Policy contact Customer Services. You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
