RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We believe that you will be delighted with your choice of products from us but there may be occasions where you want to return an item. We aim to keep the process simple. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLED ORDERS
We will exchange or refund any item returned to us within 7 working days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves are in perfect condition, you are responsible for the return postal costs. Please advise by email that you wish to cancel the order within the cancellation period which ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after receipt. We will refund your payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned products to us, excluding delivery costs. Send your cancellation by email to us at info@gadgetworlddirect.co.uk. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we would strongly recommend that you use a method of delivery that requires a signature upon receipt, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are broken or lost during return transit. If the return is the result of an error by us we will refund the delivery cost.
FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty please advise us in writing by emailing info@gadgetworlddirect.co.uk as soon as you can, but within seven days of receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund provided your return is made within 7 days of receipt. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please do not return goods in person to our retail outlet, as immediate exchanges and refunds will not be available. The address for any returns is:-

GUARANTEES
Some of our products are supplied with written guarantees in addition to your statutory rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please be fair – our guarantee can not cover normal wear and tear, deliberate damage or misuse.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in British Pounds. We cannot be held responsible for any changes to exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such changes. We would recommend our customers consider this before placing any overseas orders.
